Cheat Mode

Choose "Options" from the main menu and then hold R2. While holding R2 quickly press Up + Up + Down + Down + Left + Right + Left + Right + Square + Circle + Square + Circle. If the code was entered correctly the "Cheat Name" screen will appear. Enter the following codes (NOTE: The Codes are case sensitive):

AllChar = All Characters
TopBird = Cannot be knocked off
PmeterGo = Maximum performance meter (Note: You will stall if you miss a buoy)
Hobble = Hard tracks with normal AI settings
AllOutAI = Expert AI
Festival = All Ending FMV Sequences
IBelieve = Play Time Trials against a UFO
F18 = Play Time Trials against a mini F-18 fighter jet
SEADOO = Play Time Trials against ghost of currently selected player
Press X to go back to the Options menu.

Ending Bonuses

Complete the game successfully under the hard difficulty setting to unlock Steve as a playable character and to also unlock the Bermuda Triangle track.

Hidden Track

Collect 100 balloons in countdown mode to unlock a hidden track
