While at the main title screen; press L1, L2, R1, R2, then Square, Triangle, Start. When you enter the map selection screen; hold L1, L2, R1, R2 and press Circle. If entered correctly, you should hear a confirmation noise. Then, to increase your cash; pause the game and press left, right, up or down
