After completing the entire game, you will unlock a Game+ version of it. Immediately after the credits, when you go to the continue screen the game will display your initials then "Circus Act 1+" will appear. The game is much more difficult. If you land on spikes or hit the outer rim of a fire ring, you will die instantly.
