Go into the OPTIONS menu and hold Square then press Up, Circle, Down, Circle, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle. Enter the code right and the word SECRET should appear. Select the single-player mode and enter your name as NORTHEND, now all secret cars should be available as well as courses
