You get the choices: "What, you don't remember me?" and "No, I was just transferred here today, new orders." If you choose the second one, Guybrush will say that this was a flashback. In Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, you can say this to the Nazi guards in the castle where Henry is being held (although Indy WON'T say that it was a flashback).
