In free flight mode choose mission 21 and assign 2 enemies to fight you. Defeat them with the F-15 Aggressor 1 and you got yourself the F-15 aggressor 2.

After starting a new game go to Game Select screen then hold L and push X + Y.
Extra stages.
Complete all Fighter missions and tactical challenges to obtain free flight missions 20 and 21.
T-4 Plane.
Complete Mission Fighter Pilot 5.
T-2 Plane.
Complete Mission Fighter Pilot 13.
Get Silver F-4EJ Plane.
Complete Mission Fighter Pilot 20.
F-15DJ Plane.
Complete Mission Fighter Pilot 26.
T-3 super recipro.
Score 100 kills or more and you get the T-3 super recipro fighter.
F-15 Agressor 1.
Get all plains that you can recieve from missions and tactical challenges, and they reward you with the F-15 Agressor 1.
F-18 aggressor.
You must have 10 or more carrier landings in one of the two carrier free flight missions. Do not forget to choose a carrier base aircraft and no enemys.
